Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight. Make sure the tape passes under your arms and across your shoulder blades.

Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above the belly button. Keep the tape measure level and comfortably snug, without pulling tight.

Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape measure level and parallel to the floor.

Measure from the center back of your neck, over the top of your shoulder, and down to your wrist bone while keeping your arm slightly bent.
