Where does GOAT USA ship to?

GOAT USA ships to all 50 states and US Territories, as well as Canada.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed by GOAT USA within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays).  Note: We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment.

How can I track my order?

We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes USPS tracking information. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder or check with the GOAT USA customer service team to confirm the email address has been entered correctly.

What if I’d like to change my order after it’s placed?

Please contact GOAT USA and we will do our best to amend your order.  

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Absolutely! At checkout, you are able to enter separate shipping and billing addresses.

Return/Exchange Policy

GOAT USA gladly accepts returns/exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online within 60 days of shipping date. Must be in original condition.  

How do I return or exchange my order?

In order to simplify the returns/exchange process, we created the following link on our website:

There are just a few quicks steps:

1. Enter your order number 

2. Enter shipping zip code of original order

3. Select the product, size, and color for the exchange. 

4. GOAT USA will provide a pre-paid USPS mailing form via email for you to return/exchange your GOAT USA merchandise. Print the pre-paid mail form and drop the return item off at the USPS at your earliest convenience.  You can use whatever packaging is available - including the packaging the GOAT USA products arrived in. 

I purchased my GOAT USA merchandise at a live event. How do I return it?

Please contact GOAT USA and we will walk you through the required steps.

Can I return/exchange a Gift Card?

All sales of Gift Cards are final and are not eligible for exchanges.

Stickers

GOAT USA includes complimentary stickers with all orders.  Once you place an order, please reach out with your order number and we will be happy to include additional stickers!  At this time, we do not sell stickers without the purchase of a product from the website. So please take a look at our awesome products and pick out something you like!

If an item is out of stock, when will it come back in stock?

We release many of our goods seasonally and we will make announcements through our platforms to let fans know of restocks and new releases.

GOAT USA has a retail location at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY. In addition, you may use the store locator to find one of our retail partners.
