These terms of sale (“Terms of Sale”) apply to all purchases made by you (“You” or “Your”) from www.goatusa.com (the “Website”), at GOAT USA live events and from GOAT USA retail store locations.
Returns. GOAT USA allows returns of GOAT USA products purchased from the Website, at GOAT USA live events, and from GOAT USA retail stores in accordance with the GOAT USA Return Policy.
Sales Tax. GOAT USA is required to collect certain state and local taxes. The tax rate for a purchase is determined based on the destination of the order, and whether the sale was made in a retail store, at a GOAT USA live event, or on the Website. Tax rates are subject to change.
Website Product Descriptions. GOAT USA strives to accurately describe all product descriptions on the Website. Occasionally, a small number of items may be unavailable or inaccurately described/mispriced. GOAT USA does not guarantee the accuracy of any information on the Website (including, but not limited to, pricing, product descriptions and availability.) GOAT USA reserves the right to change or update any product information and to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Website Product Color. GOAT USA makes every effort to ensure that the colors of GOAT USA products that you see on the Website accurately reflect the color of the purchased product. However, the display of the Website on certain monitors and/or mobile devices may alter the presentation of the color of the product. GOAT USA does not guarantee that the color of any product viewed on Your monitor’s display or mobile device will be the actual color of the product purchased.
No Resale. Clothing and accessories items purchased from the Website, at a GOAT USA live event, or in person from a GOAT USA store may not be resold. GOAT USA reserves the right to decline any transaction or limit the quantity of items purchased by an individual person, household, account, address or credit card, in its sole discretion. Transaction Review. To help protect our shoppers and support a secure shopping experience, GOAT USA provides additional customer support for, and conducts additional verification on, transactions that meet or exceed the following thresholds:
(a) $1,000.00 before tax and shipping for orders placed between January 1st and October 31st of any calendar year; and
(b) $1,500.00 before tax and shipping for orders placed between November 1st and December 31st of any calendar year.
Orders subject to additional review may be held for up to seven (7) business days from the date the order is placed. GOAT USA will notify You by email at the address associated with Your account if Your order is held for review. If GOAT USA does not reject the order within seven (7) business days, the order will be processed. If an order is rejected, GOAT USA will notify You by email and any amounts charged will be refunded to the original payment method within five (5) business days of the rejection. GOAT USA is not required to provide a reason for any rejection. The thresholds set forth in this section are determined by the total value of a single transaction, exclusive of taxes and shipping. GOAT USA reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time without prior notice.
Sticker Subscription. If you have purchased a sticker subscription, it is subject to the Sticker Subscription Terms and Conditions.
No Cancellation. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Promotional Codes. GOAT USA makes certain discount and promotional codes available for qualifying uses. These discount codes are subject to restrictions on individual use and are subject to change. GOAT USA reserves, and you acknowledge and agree, that GOAT USA has the sole and absolute right to modify the terms and restrictions associated with any discount or promotional code at any time.
