This opportunity is perfect for anyone who loves to travel, meet new people, and experience different places, all while making money on the weekends. It’s especially ideal for college students who want a flexible role that fits into their schedule while building valuable sales and customer service experience.
As part of our Live Events Team, you’ll represent GOAT USA at events across the country, engaging with customers, driving sales, and spreading the energy of our brand. GOAT USA covers all travel expenses, including lodging, meals, transportation, and supplies, so you can focus on what you do best: connecting with people and selling!

Purpose:
The Live Event Salesperson provides retail services by engaging directly with customers during mobile retail events and representing the GOAT USA brand professionally and enthusiastically. This service engagement involves traveling to both local and national events, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere at vendor villages, and delivering exceptional customer service. A successful engagement focuses on maximizing sales opportunities while supporting the growth of the event schedule.
Services to be Provided:
- Coordinate with the Event Coordinator and sales team for travel and event logistics.
- Ensure timely flight check-in and prepare all necessary GOAT USA apparel and equipment.
- Represent the GOAT USA brand professionally and consistently during all trips and events.
- Oversee event setup, including freight unloading, tent assembly, adherence to planogram instructions, and testing of electronics and payment systems.
- Engage with customers, process sales transactions, and maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the day.
- Complete end-of-day tasks, including cash reporting, submission of Shopify payment screenshots, and ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- Handle post-event duties such as shipping logistics, expense reporting, and providing feedback within designated deadlines.
Contractor Service Requirements Include (but not limited to):
- Events are high-pressure and fast-paced environments that require standing the entire event.
- Events are typically held over weekends – weekend engagements are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Physical capability to lift or move products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a truck as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for managing and processing transactions.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Pay
- Base pay + commission on items sold
