Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implements, and managing marketing campaigns that promote GOAT USA’s brand, products, and services. This position leverages various digital channels such as social media, SEO, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing to grow our online visibility, drive engagement, and achieve our business goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO), manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), and analyze performance metrics to maximize ROI.
- Content Marketing: Develop and curate engaging content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and the website. Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all platforms.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok etc.), including content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement.
- Email Marketing: Build and maintain email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, etc.) that keep customers informed, while optimizing for high open and click-through rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization: Run A/B tests for landing pages, email campaigns, and ads to improve performance and user experience.
- Agency: Monitor and maintain relationship with digital agency to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in retail apparel industry.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.
- Proven experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication, leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong writing skills with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive communication.
- Full-Time, exempt.
- Normal working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; must be flexible to work evenings and occasional weekends.
